Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Delivery:

• Expected Arrival: You can typically expect your order within 1–3 weeks.

Customs & Logistics: While most parcels arrive on the earlier side (7–15 days), please allow up to 20 business days for international customs clearance and local carrier processing.

Each of our pieces is crafted specifically for you the moment you place an order. While this means delivery takes a little longer, it allows us to avoid the waste of overproduction and stay kind to our planet. Thank you for choosing a more thoughtful way to shop!

International Shipping

We offer international shipping

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Wealth Minded is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@wealthminded.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your final refund.

While we strive to accommodate our customers, all returns are subject to inspection and approval is not guaranteed. All sales are considered final once delivery is confirmed.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@wealthmindedworld.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
